REFUNDS & RETURNS

We offer refunds should the customer wish to cancel the order or return the goods purchased.

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of Delivery and
    must be in original packaging
  • All Items correctly supplied will be charged a 15%
    handling fee on approved Request Returns.
  • Items ordered of specialised nature are non-cancellable
    or returnable
  • Refunds will only be made via bank transfer once the
    goods have been checked and approved.
  • The customer is responsible to return the goods to our offices either by their own Courier of choice or we can arrange our Courier Company to collect from you at your expense.
