Vehicle Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: ITS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE GOODS ARE IN ORDER BEFORE SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS AS WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES REPORTED AFTER THE DRIVER LEAVES SITE
- All orders that are not transportable via a Courier Company (either too big or too fragile) will cost R550 to deliver within 50km radius from our offices in Randburg
- Goods are only delivered to the GROUND FLOOR of the building within 5 metres to where the delivery vehicle can stand. We do not deliver baths and other heavy items to the point of installation or any other rooms within the house.
Courier Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT COURIER BATH TUBS, SHOWER DOORS, TOILETS or ANYTHING CONSIDERED TO BE VERY FRAGILE.
- Delivery estimates do not guarantee that your order will be delivered at the exact day as we use independent courier companies. If delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working resulting in the shipment being returned you as the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non delivery.
- Bathroom Shop & the Courier Company will not be responsible nor incur any liability for any loss or incorrect delivery of the Goods due to the name and address of the consignee being improperly stated.
- In the event of the consignee refusing to accept delivery of the Goods in whole or in part, or in the event of the Courier being unable to effect delivery by reason of the address of the consignee being improperly or inaccurately stated, and the Courier being compelled to return the Goods to the Customer, then the Customer shall be liable for all costs incurred in the return of such Goods whether on the same basis as originally agreed upon or on any other basis whatsoever.
- Any loss or damage to the Goods transported must be reported in writing within 24 hours after delivery. Such writing must contain precise details of the nature and extent of the loss or damage suffered by the Customer. Endorsements or notes on the delivery documentation shall not amount to compliance with the requirements of this clause. In the absence of such notification, no claim of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising shall lie or be enforceable against us.
